7. Enforcement and Termination

NEOK reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Remove content

  • Suspend or terminate User accounts

  • Permanently remove groups
    without prior notice, where violations occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform infrastructure, branding, and service components are the property of NEOK Services. Users retain ownership of their content but grant NEOK a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” NEOK makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to NEOK Services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Modifications

NEOK may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
